Add an extensive selection of cities from over 5000 locations worldwide.
The timetable uses a traffic light color-coded system to identify the most suitable meeting times, taking into account each participant's local time, regular business hours, and public holidays.

Plan your meetings efficiently by utilizing the green light slots, schedule private calls during yellow light periods, and avoid disruptive red hours that may disturb participants' sleep.

Select your desired meeting time within convenient 15-minute time slots and specify the desired duration.
Choose between either am/pm or a 24-hour time format.
Automatic handling of Daylight Saving Time changes.
Easily export your meeting times to your personal calendar.
The application supports dates in the Gregorian calendar.
Share meeting details directly from your device via email.

The email will include local times for all participants along with a link to the online timetable specifically for your meeting. Additionally, an ICS calendar file is attached by default to ensure accurate importation into the correct calendar.

All meetings are automatically saved, and you can use the duplicating function to easily reschedule a new meeting with the same set of participants.
The Meeting Planner feature automatically synchronizes the time, correct time zones, and Daylight Saving Time adjustments based on the highly accurate databases from timeanddate.com.
